Meet Laura
Laura Nifo, RMT, Acupuncture, Cupping Therapy
Laura loves the outdoors and volunteering at the local library. She lives a healthy lifestyle and helps others to do the same. She graduated with honors from the Massage Therapy Program at Bryan College.
Laura's clients can attest to her skills in relaxation and deep tissue massage incorporating myofascial release techniques to treat skeletal muscle immobility and chronic pain in the tissues.
In addition to massage therapy, Laura uses acupuncture and cupping to assist in treating her clients' needs. She is passionate about continuing her learning in medicine and looks forward to a lifelong study of this subject.
Meet Markus
Markus Ottonen, RMT - Deep Tissue Massage Specialist
Markus is an RMT and Physiotherapy Assistant who offers skills in both hands-on therapy and home care. He thoroughly enjoys making a difference in his community and is always willing to help in any way he can. Markus enjoys taking the time to balance both exercise and time to appreciate nature, and working with clientele who have experienced injury, including sports injury.
He specializes in deep tissue massage and improving his clients' range of motion with both stretching and home care. Markus won gold in Readers Choice Whitby/Oshawa in 2022, and appreciates his clients votes.
Meet Alicia

Alicia Sone, RMT
Alicia has been a practicing Registered Massage Therapist since 2017. She graduated with honours from the Massage Therapy Program at Centennial College. She incorporates various techniques into her massage treatments such as Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release. She specializes in deep tissue massage and loves working with prenatal clients. Alicia finds joy in her work by helping others to reduce their pain and creating treatments that are catered towards each and every client.
Meet Jennifer

Jennifer Rho, Registered TCM Practitioner (R. TCMP) and Acupuncturist (R. Ac.)
Jennifer has been ardently dedicated to the study and practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and acupuncture since 2005. As an accomplished graduate of two prestigious TCM institutions in Toronto, she embodies the spirit of a lifelong learner in the medical field. With years of experience practicing TCM and acupuncture across various clinics, Jennifer demonstrates a profound commitment to the well-being of her patients and clients. As a mother of three daughters, she cherishes her two human children and her beloved canine companion (who bears a name inspired by a Star Wars character). In her leisure time, Jennifer enjoys immersing herself in horticulture, exploring nature through hiking and indulging in her love for literature and music.

Michaela is an accomplished massage therapist with years of experience in the field. Specializing in therapeutic and relaxation techniques, she is dedicated to helping clients achieve physical and mental well-being. Michaela is certified in various modalities, including Swedish, deep tissue, and cupping massage, allowing for a personalized approach to each session.
Known for her intuitive touch and exceptional listening skills, she creates a warm and welcoming environment where clients can unwind and heal. Passionate about holistic health, Michaela continuously enhances her knowledge through ongoing education and training. Outside of the treatment room, she enjoys meditation and being physically active which further enrich her practice.
Whether alleviating chronic pain or providing a tranquil escape, Michaela is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of those she serves.
Meet Sam

Guangping(SAM) Song- RMT, Deep Tissue Massage specialist and RMT Acupuncturist

Graduated from Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy, Sam has years of clinical treatment experience.
He is good at integrating various, effective techniques from different types of massage therapy to effectively treat pain symptoms. He treats; back, neck, shoulders, legs, knee discomfort and headaches everyday. He is continuously educating himself on new techniques to be sure he can provide the best solution for any client's concerns. This approach to education and growth has shown to enhance the benefits from a treatment with Sam. His motto is help clients heal faster and stay pain free for longer. Meet Tarah

Tarah Campbell, RMT

Tarah graduated in 2016, from Medix College, Top of her class.
Licensed RMT Since 2018.
Tarah is a mom of two wonderful children. She loves camping, fishing, the outdoors, road trips and horticulture. She enjoys living a clean & natural lifestyle and is passionate about the profession, learning new skills and helping people meet their bodies needs, facilitate healing and increase well-being.
Capable of adjusting treatment styles from light to deep pressure in order to accommodate a vast range of clients needs/wants. General Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, cold stone, sports massage and pediatric care are her specialties.
Tarah always goes the extra mile by making slight accommodations and modifications to provide utmost client care and comfort. Tarah won gold in Readers Choice Whitby/Oshawa in 2023.

Meet Kathy

Kathy Mills, RMT
​
Kathy graduated from Sutherland-Chan School and Teaching Clinic in 2022. In addition to Swedish Massage.
she is pursuing post graduate studies in Vodder Manual Lymph Drainage, TMJ and Cupping Therapy.
She also has training in Thai and Hot Stone Massage. Kathy is happy to provide treatment onsite to patients that find it challenging to come to the clinic. She would like to be able to provide a variety of techniques specific to the patient's needs.
These techniques will be beneficial for patient's requiring deep tissue massage, fascial release, temporomandibular joint dysfunction, post-surgery, diabetes, acute and chronic injury, headache and insomnia and improved immune function. As well as increased Flexibility, range of motion, relaxation and de-toxify the body.
Part of her personal health and wellness routine is regular massage treatment. The benefits offered include a reduction in stress, anxiety, pain, muscle soreness and tension. In her spare time she enjoys travelling, yoga, spending time with family and long walks with her Frenchie and Weiner dogs.

Tyler excels in offering relief from pain through deep tissue work and relaxation techniques. With his expertise, he is dedicated to helping individuals achieve their wellness goals. Whether it's pain relief or relaxation, Tyler is here to support your journey to better health and well-being.
